Shipping & Delivery

Australia Delivery:

Stilettoz offers FREE!!! delivery on all orders over $100 Australia wide. 

Domestic orders are delivered by Australia Post Express and usually arrive within 1-3 days. As we are based in Narrabri, North West NSW we are unable to guarantee overnight delivery. All items ordered before 3pm EST will be posted that same day. If a parcel is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us via email or phone (02) 67 921 507 to arrange replacement or refund.

New Zealand Delivery:

Orders to New Zealand are sent via Registered Post International for a flat rate of $20. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Privacy & Security
All Prices are in Australian Dollars Aud. Stilettoz does not hold or store any credit card information. We use a SSL version 3.0 secure encrypted payment gateway by Siteground. Any other information that Stilettoz collects from you in order to deliver your purchases, send you newsletters and personalise your shopping experience with us remains private and will not be shared with anyone.

Returns & Replacements


All full price items purchased are eligible to be returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Alternatively, we can issue a credit note. No refunds sorry.
We DO NOT offer refund, exchange or credit notes on international orders or sale items.
We will provide one free exchange per order. Any further exchanges will incur a $10 postage charge.
All clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, including tags still attached.
All shoes, handbags and jewellery must also be unworn with tags attached and in original packaging.
Earrings are unable to be returned for health reasons.
If items do not meet the return policy, we reserve the right to return the item to the customer.


Email with your name, order number and item/s you would like to exchange or credit.

Once returned item/s are received instore and inspected, we will express post your exchanged item/s free of charge. Otherwise you will be emailed details of your credit note.
Please allow up to 7 days from your request to exchange to receiving replacement items.
We do not take responsibility for returned items lost in transit, so it is recommended that you return items using a tracking number.
